My name is Eric Lee, and I live in South Korea. I had a project to research for Burma, Myanmar's theatre, and I found your blog to be very helpful and informative. I did get lots of information from you, and I really thank you for giving me opportunity to learn and understand other country's culture and theatre.
Although I've rearched thorugh encyclopedia, websites, and the books, I have few questions that I'm not certain about. I wish a person's information from his own experience would make my research better..
Therefore, if I don't distrupt you, I want to ask you few questions about the Nat worship.
1. What are the names of the instruments people use when they have nat worship? What is the 'air instrument'?
2. Do people in Burma believe more in nats than Buddhism?
3. Have you actually seen Nat pwe and how they worship? There were certain movements in thier worshipping that seem oustanding to you?
